Red Vase and Yellow TulipsJanet Fish...
The power of light is wielded masterfully by Janet Fish in "Red Vase and Yellow Tulips". Fish paints exactly what she sees, while lifting the mind's eye to the light reflected in her still lifes of glassware, flowers and fruit.

Received Harris Award, 71st Biennial, 1974; MacDowell Fellowship, 1968, '69, '72; Grant to travel and lecture in Australia, Australia Council for Arts, 1975. Her work has been exhibited in the United States, in Europe and Audtralia.
