In this untitled work, Hermine Ford continues her exploration of layering paint, with a vast field of orange layered over calligraphic strokes to distort their appearance.

Born in New York. Educated at the Dalton School, Antioch College, and Yale University School of Art & Architecture. Her work is exhibited in museums and galleries internationally and is represented in collections in this country and in Europe.
